From the beautiful land of Veracruz, this distinct bean is sourced near the Citlaltepel volcano. This coffee is naturally decaffeinated using ethyl acetate (EA), a naturally occurring compound that can be derived from sugarcane molasses. The process gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavor, resulting in a decaf that doesn’t compromise on taste.
